English for Life examined the existing Customer Services environment, then designed and delivered a 12-hour workshop for Mexican Customer Service Reps covering English pronunciation, cultural differences, and customer service issues. This training was delivered on site in Querétaro, Mexico, by English for Life trainers. The program is now used as an integral part of new hire orientation training.

English for Life designed a multi-pronged approach, including: A) developing a pre-semester orientation for new international students equipping them for academic success and college life, B) providing tutors for ongoing academic support, and C) presenting professional development workshops to faculty and staff, offering techniques and strategies to support the academic growth of their international students.
